Regan is a vintage Halloween tin.... and if you collect halloween tins you know how rare and CRAZY it is that we have some😱. The hand strung strand is all polka dot, black, and orange strand with a black deer leather to make it as long or short as needed. The centerpiece isa VINTAGE 4.5" long halloween owl and pumpkin tin with a matching leather tassel.
